WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

HOW CAN I CLAIM ON MY WARRANTY FROM A PURCHASE MADE VIA THE SKYFLITE WEBSITE?

IF I BOUGHT MY PRODUCT IN A STORE, HOW DO I CLAIM ON MY GUARANTEE?

HOW LONG IS YOUR GUARANTEE?

Our guarantee is valid for 5-Years against manufacturing defects, at the original retailer along with proof of purchase. Full details can be found here: Skyflite Guarantee Policy (PDF)

WHAT ISN’T COVERED BY YOUR GUARANTEE?

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED/WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We use DPD delivery service. When your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number. Please use this to track the progress of your order via the DPD website; DPD Tracking. Your order should be with you within 3 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK?

Not yet, but we are looking to expand our delivery options soon.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

DO YOU HAVE A FREE RETURNS SERVICE?

We do not offer a free returns service.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at your earliest opportunity. Orders are processed very efficiently, so we can only cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. If we are unable to cancel your order, please return it to us using the 30-day return window for normal orders.

DO YOUR CASES COME WITH A SKYFLITE WARRANTY WHEN PURCHASED DIRECT FROM YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes, all products bought direct from our website are covered by our 5-year manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns with a product bought directly from our website.

CAN I PURCHASE SPARE PARTS OR HAVE MY PRODUCT REPAIRED?

We do not offer spare parts or undertake repairs. If your case has a manufacturing defect, please follow the procedure in our guarantee section: Skyflite Guarantee Policy (PDF). If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item.

MY LOCK HAS BROKEN, WHAT CAN I DO?

Please contact us immediately. We will show you how to release or reset your lock without having to force it open. If the lock is broken due to a manufacturing defect, send us a clear photograph of your proof of purchase to validate your guarantee. We will send you a complimentary replacement lock with simple instructions for you to replace it on your suitcase.

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

ONE OF MY ITEMS IS MISSING. WHAT DO I DO?

MY PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY MY CARRIER. WHAT DO I DO?

Damage during transit is not covered by the guarantee. This is an industry standard. In any situation where luggage is damaged by your carrier, please report it to your carrier representative before leaving the terminal building. They will begin a compensation claim and/or arrange for a replacement.

If the carrier requests further information relating to the model or RRP of your case, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to assist you.

HOW DO I SET THE CODE ON MY LOCK?

DO THE MEASUREMENTS ON YOUR SITE INCLUDE THE WHEELS AND HANDLES?

All measurements of each piece of luggage include all wheels, handles, and extremities of the design. We do not include the measurement of trolley systems fully extended.
