If the lock is broken due to a manufacturing defect, send us a clear photograph of your proof of purchase to validate your guarantee. Damage during transit is not covered by the guarantee. This is an industry standard. In any situation where luggage is damaged by your carrier, please report it to your carrier representative before leaving the terminal building. They will begin a compensation claim and/or arrange for a replacement.
